Meet Timothy!

My name is Timothy Dunne, but you can call me Tim.  I'm 34 years old I have two beautiful children Sabella Sky and my son Brentlee Cole. I'm married to a wonderful woman named Crystal.

I started roofing a month after I turned 18, and have been in the business ever since. I have had good 16 years of experience on various roof installs.

I started a job at Banner Supply company back in 2020. Banner supply is a roof delivery service and a supply store for construction materials roofing, siding, windows and more. I load contractors' roofs with bundles of asphalt shingles.  I see a lot of contractors every year and am able to see the work they do. To be honest, some of the work I see is not ideal for the customer. That's where Big Mikey Day comes to me and asked me to run a business with him.

Mike Day is a driver for banner I met him in 2020 and he's been in this business for a long time and sees what I sees. Over the years we became friends so when he asked me it was like why not. Together we agreed on a no BS policy we will tell you how it is, no gimmick no run around just straight to the point. That is when 1st Daylight Exteriors became a reality, we know the best contractors to do a variety of jobs so being a general contractor just made sense.
